Each patient will team up with a Lifestyle Educator (LE) who will become a direct link between our patients and their doctor/practitioner.
The Lifestyle Educator is there to mentor, educate, and inspire patients to follow their doctor’s plan, as well as to alleviate any of the doubts or fears that patients may face while implementing these changes. The LE will stay in communication with the patient to answer any questions or concerns that they may have and report back to the doctor/practitioner on the their progress. Lifestyle Education programs have been proven to yield better health outcomes and create lasting healthy changes in people’s lives.
